At the frontside of the building you will find a patio and at the backside, this is what you will see from your apartment, there's a canal. During the summer it's really nice to sit down along side the water. Do you prefer a little more action? That's also possible, the Oosterpark, the zoo Artis, the Tropenmuseum and Bierbrouwertij 't Ij are all at a walking distance. Also a lot of nice restaurants and bars are really nearby. In just a few minutes you will be at the supermarket AH to do your daily grocery shopping. The public transport connections are also good, you will be at Amsterdam Central Station in only fifteen minutes by tram.

Through the entrance on the ground floor you will enter the shared staircase and hallway. Here you will find the elevator, which will take you to the fifth floor.
