The Rivierenbuurt (River area) is a neighborhood mostly built in the 1920s which has many designs of the famous architect Berlage and the Amsterdam School. The houses are quite identical to each other and are characterized by bright, spacious apartments with a nice layout. Central shopping area is the Rijnstraat, but also the Scheldestraat and the lovely Churchilllaan are eyecatchers. It is a child-friendly neighborhood. The residents are a reflection of the city: they are represented in all age groups.

Lay out

With the elevator you arrive at the third floor. Entrance trough the open hallway that leads to the living room. The living room is bright and spacious and offers an entrance to the sunny terrace.

The open kitchen, with an extra entrance to the terrace, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, oven and an extractor fan. From the living room you can enter the hall to the bedrooms on the third floor. Here you find the master bedroom, the second bedroom and the first bathroom with a bathtub and a double sink. From the master bedroom you can enter the terrace as well.

On the fourth floor you find the third and fourth bedroom and the second bathroom with a shower and one sink. In both of the bathrooms you will find a toilet.
